How Sandusky, OH uses Rentalscape to streamline short-term rental enforcement

Located on the edge of Lake Erie, Sandusky is a popular summer destination, home to attractions like Cedar Point and Castaway Bay. To balance tourism with residential quality of life, the city capped STR permits at 99 and introduced zoning rules to protect neighborhoods.
